Loose Screws: On The Road to
Chicago Local improv comedy troupe
Loose Screws became a mainland success when they brought their
revolutionary improvised Kabuki show to the prestigious Chicago Improv
Festival last April. The reception was so overwhelming that they were
immediately invited back for a more prominent spot in the 2006 Festival. Tickets are $12 general and $10 for students w/ ID and are available at the door one hour before show time. For information or reservations, call Smashbox Productions at 531-3113. |

On The Spot: Son of
'Countdown' Outrageous improv comedy from On The Spot. Hard on the heels of last month's hilarious "Countdown" show, On The Spot returns to the ARTS at Marks Garage with "Son of Countdown" - counting down their greatest improv scenes of all time from 10 to 1. Of course it's all improvised, so the audience decides on the spot what the scenes will be about. The audience is invited to bring props to be used in the show. Tickets are $10 general and $7 for students w/ ID and are available at the door one hour before show time. For information or reservations, call Smashbox Productions at 531-3113.
Want to see more On The Spot? They perform every month at The ARTS at Marks Garage on the first Saturday after the first Friday of the month (which is usually, but not always, the first Saturday of the month). |
